Chocolate Bar Sales
To maximize our fundraising efforts, the PTO will be running the chocolate bar fundraiser all year long. This will give us the opportunity to sell at Masses and other events like the Breakfast with St. Nicholas, Soup Bowl, Breakfast with the Easter Bunny etc…
In addition, each family will receive a box of bars to sell. We ask for your support in selling at least this one box. If you are capable of selling more than one box, we ask that you continue to pick up boxes as needed. Each box of chocolate bars sold will earn 1 Fair Share Hour. If you sell 5 boxes per marking period, you will meet your Fair Share hours for that marking period.

SALE DATES
Paper orders can be placed until Thursday, November 16, 2017. Online orders can be placed until Sunday, December 17, 2017. DELIVERY All orders (paper and on-line) placed by Thursday, November 16, 2017 have the option to be delivered to the school for free; Estimated order pickup is the week of December 4, 2017 Orders placed online between November 16-December 17, 2017 can only be shipped directly to the purchaser; shipping fees apply. |

TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CHILD:

- Complete the Order Form; keep the bottom copy and brochure for your records
- Paper Order Forms should NOT include any online sales
- Total dollars sent in should equal Grand Total Amount on order form
- Make checks payable to Saint Michael Catholic School PTO
TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CHILD:
- Go to www.GertrudeHawkFundraising.com.
- Click on "Programs", then "Group-Member Sign-Up".
- Enter the 6 digit Group Code 727905.
- Click on the group name: "St. Michael Catholic School".
- Enter the information to create an account for your child.
- An e-mail will automatically be sent to your account. Forward this e-mail to co-workers, friends and family to ask for their support; it will contain a direct link to your child's account.
- Monitor your progress-visit your Fundraising Dashboard daily by going to www.GertrudeHawkFundraising.com and clicking on "Dashboard Log-In".
TO PLACE AN ON-LINE ORDER
- Go to www.GertrudeHawkFundraising.com.
- Click on "Place an Order".
- Type in "St. Michael" in the bottom search box and click "Go".
- Click on the student you would like to support; if you are not placing an order under a specific student, select "S. PTO".
- Add items to your cart
- When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" to complete the checkout process.
